    Quanex is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

    In this role, you will be ensuring the Company remains compliant with global regulations and risk management in respect to CARB, TSCA and Lacey requirements.

    Whats attractive about the position?

    • Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience
    • Monday Friday position

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Develop and maintain compliance procedures related to CARB, TSCA and Lacey to support the Company.
    • Research updated local, federal and global laws to generate and assess how they impact the risk assessment for suppliers, species and sources.
    • Prepare relevant reports and presentations for the management team about risk and compliance.
    • Lead employee/supplier training sessions on compliance issues.
    • Assist EHS team on internal audits to ensure import and domestic processes are being followed to make sure we are following all procedures and guidelines.
    • Develop a relationship with all global vendors and suppliers to introduce and promote the Companys policies and procedures related to CARB, TSCA, Lacey and due diligence.
    • Maintain compliance checklist and audit logs.

    Your Credentials:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
    • 3 5 years of directly related experience to compliance.
    • Detail oriented, highly organized
    • Willing to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
