    **A General Manager paying upto 40,000 + Bonus is required for a brand-new Restaurant and Bar in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter - Birmingham. This impressive venue will consist of 280 covers, two bars, plenty of indoor and outdoor space, with a covered courtyard, a heated mezzanine rooftop and a private internal terrace.**

    Supportive Management

    As General Manager of this Restaurant and Bar you will be responsible to drive, support and lead the team on all areas of the business. The food being served will serve food fresh, seasonal and as local as possible with European flavours and a clever twist on classic dishes. The service that your team will provide will be friendly, passionate, enthusiastic, high standards but key comfortable and relaxed.

    The owners of this venue have been successful in previous ventures and one of the reasons for their success is that everyone works together like a family and thats the atmosphere that needs to be created here out front and also in the kitchen.

    General Manager - Experience/ Skills:

    Established and experienced general manager and a proven track record in improving business metrics.

    Strong change management, with the ability to work as an adaptable leader driving change positively within the hotel.

    Commercial acumen to drive revenue

    Detailed knowledge of P&L account

    Sales and revenue knowledge/experience

    Proven track record in leading and developing teams

    This venue is due to open in June 2021 however the General Manager role will start before then.
