Job summary
We are seeking a Medicaid Business Analyst who will support our client's functional team with the implementation of a Medicaid Eligibility platform. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem resolution within the Medicaid eligibility system and MMIS system communications.Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating skills in documentation writing, analysis, and requirements gathering.
- 5+ years of experience with Medicaid eligibility systems including EDI and MMIS.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing existing system functionality and identifying root causes of issues in code or configuration.
