- Coordinate scheduling to optimize sales floor coverage
- Customer Experience
- Support Personal Care Specialists in customer consultations, uphold customer service standards
- Ensure knowledge of products and industry trends, maintain store cleanliness
- Inventory
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, verify deliveries, and uphold inventory standards
- Dispensary Operations
- Collaborate with the management team, handle daily store operations, and support staff as needed
- Compliance and Cash Handling
- Verify documentation, handle cash transactions, report issues promptly, and ensure security measures
- Qualifications
- Proactive with attention to detail, strong communication, leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure, open to feedback, interpersonal skills
- Experience in leadership/management, cannabis, inventory control preferred
- Additional Requirements
- Minimum age of 21, pass background checks, possess valid driver's license or state ID
