    What you will be responsible for:
    • Planning and executing schedules for engineering package development to meet mission requirements.
    • Balancing current and future demand needs with manufacturing and supplier capacities to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Assessing technical impacts, strategizing for change implementation, and traveling up to 25% of the time.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field with 5 years of experience; or Master's degree in STEM with 3 years of experience; or PhD with 0 years of experience.
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years and Program Special Access.
    • Understanding of engineering challenges, coordination with NG Engineering team, and experience with engineering life cycles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and effective collaboration with various organizational disciplines.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with cost plus DoD contracts and knowledge of aircraft maintenance and Support Equipment.
    • Familiarity with tools such as CATIA, TeamCenter release tool, Earn Value Management System, and configuration management tools.
    • Strong technical writing and communication skills, project management experience, and ability to present complex technical information.

    Salary Range:
    $97,500 - $146,300 The salary range is indicative, as Northrop Grumman considers various factors in determining base salary offers based on the position scope, candidate's experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses and benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.
