    AT&T has an opening for NOC Analyst to support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), in providing Network Operations in a environment.


    The job duties are as follows:
    + Provide alarm monitoring/response, any needed escalation and resolution of incidents and mentoring of junior analysts through incident resolution process. + Troubleshoot network systems when necessary and make improvements to the network. + Take technical lead of critical network incidents and drive internal and external resources in troubleshooting efforts + Manage and administer a range of network operations tools applications to include Juniper firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco WLAN, Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme NAC. + Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance. + Experience with operating and maintaining a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture. + Experience working with cloud-based networks.


    • Support all operational security requirements for network devices and network operations tools applications Support of the following NOC functional areas that include, but are not limited to:
    + Wireless LAN + Firewall management + Internet Protocol (IP) address management + Domain Name Server (DNS) administration Understand dynamic multipoint VPNs + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Establish plans and goals for self that meet the customer current or future project's needs + Prepare or participate in preparing NOC performance reports as required + Monitor, create, edit, and enforce all standard operating procedures, processes and timelines

    Required Qualifications:
