    Qualifications:

    Summary:
    This is a dual responsibility position.

    The responsibilities will include placing orders for all merchandise, ensuring the timely delivery of the orders, processing all received shipments which includes unpacking and processing of received items, as well as, preparing items by pressing and/or steaming when necessary and tagging for the sales floors.

    Additional responsibilities of this role include maintaining the front desk on Saturdays and assisting the sales team in providing excellent customer service and support.

    You will be responsible for providing accurate client information, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating data spreadsheets, and ensuring the success of each appointment.

    We want you to be passionate about the wedding industry and able to build strong client relationships with our designers.

    You will be expected to build a trustful relationship with the brides and provide accurate and timely information. This position requires that you have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Ultimately, you will ensure that our brand is represented in an authentic and professional manner at every turn.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Attention to detail, organized, track and report on various types of data that help Elegant Bridals be successful, proficient with Microsoft Suite of products, and ability to be on your feet daily.

    Team player with the ability to keep a positive attitude. All employees of Elegant Bridals must agree to and demonstrate the core values of the organization. Honesty, integrity and respect for each other, our clients and our outside partners are paramount.

    Be able to have fun and enjoy working with great people in a great atmosphere As a retail business your ability to work every Saturday especially January through April is required as we are closed on Sundays.

    Previous retail experience preferred.
