Job summary
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the Housekeeping Department is operating in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner,providing all members and guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay,
while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.
- Responsible for developing employee morale and ensuring proper training of all housekeeping employees.
- Respond to all housekeeping related guest requests presented through phone calls and/or emails, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program (i.e. floor care, deep cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces, etc.)
