- Data manipulation (Basic ETL)
- Data analysis using Excel, including comparison of two data sets for verification work
- Desired previous experience upgrading UCS CIMC & ESXi with necessary CUCM work
- Able to communicate effectively with your team and the customer
- Know what questions to ask when gathering requirements from the customer
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with the customer and vendors
- Bring up concerns early in the project process
- Keep accurate and comprehensive project notes
- Be available for on-call and emergency response as needed
- Weeknights and weekend work may be required during migration windows
