    GDH Consulting is looking for a Collaboration Engineer to work remotely.
    Job Description
    As a Consulting Engineer, you will be gathering requirements and performing analysis of data to prepare for and execute complex changes within the customer's environment. Thinking through the process and procedures with a critical eye and attention to detail is a must. Knowledge of how Cisco Call Manager works in order to effectively test the environment before and after the migration is required.
    Qualifications
    • Required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Required - Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
    • Required - A Proven track record of high quality work with attention to even "minor" details
    • Desired - Python a plus
    • Desired - Parsing data and modifying values based on defined logic using Python or SED/AWK
    • Desired - AXL
    • Desired - Familiar with integrations such as NICE and IPC
    • Desired - ESXi VMWare on UCS
    Experience
    • 8+ years working with CUCM
    • Prior analysis, planning, and implementation experience as it relates to CUCM (Call Manager) migration work
    • CSS/PT RL/RG understanding
    • IPv4 basics
    • DHCP
    • IOS on ISR Gateways
    • BAT experience
    • Data manipulation (Basic ETL)
    • Data analysis using Excel, including comparison of two data sets for verification work
    • Desired previous experience upgrading UCS CIMC & ESXi with necessary CUCM work

    • Able to communicate effectively with your team and the customer
    • Know what questions to ask when gathering requirements from the customer
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism with the customer and vendors
    • Bring up concerns early in the project process
    • Keep accurate and comprehensive project notes
    • Be available for on-call and emergency response as needed
    • Weeknights and weekend work may be required during migration windows
