This position requires at least 80% travel, and comes with a generous company provided Food Per Diem, Company provided Hotel, and a Company Vehicle

Prior Construction and/or Framing background a tremendous plus Prior leadership experience is a plus

MDU Fiber to the Home Installers are the face of our company.

North Sky Communications is currently looking for motivated individuals with a high attention to detail and excellent customer relations skills for in home installation.

What you'll do...

• You will install new and existing fiber optic wiring per company guidelines
• You will install and configure all equipment.
• You will troubleshoot and repair service lines during service calls.
• You will install telephone wiring.
• You will set up and deliver high speed internet demonstrating quality connections.
• You will greet & treat customers with respect.
• You will review all requested services with the customer.
• You will interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
• You will provide customer product education.
• You will communicate with the supervisor and dispatch regarding work status.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for...

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
• You have a valid standard Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• You have an MVR record that is deemed acceptable by the company
• You are able to maintain a safe work environment
• You are able to work in all weather conditions
• You are able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 85 lbs as needed with or without assistance
• You are able to work over-time; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call
• You are able to carry a 28' to 32' ladder from truck to pole
• You are able to work in tight spaces such as a crawl space of a house
• You are able to work 3- feet above ground level and in enclosed space Due to safety reasons, maximum body weight restriction must not exceed 350 pounds.
