    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

    POSITION SUMMARY

    This role involves handling residential and commercial pumping and disposal of non-hazardous waste while interacting directly with customers of Wind River Environmental. Responsibilities include driving a company service truck to various locations for septic tank pumping.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Follow safety guidelines and practice safe work habits
    • Maintain effective communication between customers and Wind River Environmental
    • Identify defective septic systems, buildup, or hazards and report them
    • Recommend maintenance or service as necessary
    • Prepare for each service job efficiently by readying the truck and tools
    • Perform daily pre- and post-trip maintenance checks
    • Complete and submit necessary paperwork promptly to management
    • Respond to emergency calls promptly
    • Discuss and suggest appropriate maintenance service frequency to customers
    • Adhere to all service protocols of Wind River Environmental
    • Perform other assigned duties by management

    • Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
    • Read and interpret documents such as Company policies, safety rules, and operating instructions
    • Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and management
    • Work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Basic computer skills including email and internet use
    • Perform basic math tasks

    MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must possess a Class A or B CDL with a tanker endorsement
    • 21 years of age
    • Minimum one year of professional commercial driving experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Acceptable driving record
    • Ability to pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, physical exam, and road exams
    • Operate in a drug-free workplace
    • Meet physical demands evaluation
