• Produce X-ray Quality Welds for both Stainless and Carbon Steel structure and pipe.
• Must be able to weld Flux Core on Stainless Steel
• Weld with MIG, TIG or Fluxcore at an EXPERT LEVEL for both Stainless and Carbon Steel structure and pipe.
• Weld mild steel and stainless steel heavy and light structure, frames, skids, piping, tanks and sheet metal
• Maintain high quality welds in a safe manner.
• Maintain a productive, efficient, and safe workplace by implementing common sense practices, sound judgment, and proactive measures.
• Understand and adhere to the defined scope of work.
• Ability to Timely and effectively communicate and/or resolve problems in an organized and detailed manner.

• Open Top Tank, Platforms, Handrails, Skid Frame, Pressure vessels (Is a Plus), Pipe (Is a Plus), Structural (Is a Plus)
• Knowledge and understanding of shop drawings and weld symbols.
• Band saw cutting, Torch cutting with Oxy and acetylene, Plasma Cutting, Grinder
• Forklift and Overhead crane (is a plus)
• A Fitter/ Welder must have the following tools:
• Measuring tape, Level, square, straight edge
• Hand tools and Power tools
• Welding helmet
• Clamps

• 5-10 years of HANDS-ON experience in the layout, fitting & welding of structural steel, pipe, plate and sheet metal.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Expert level knowledge of welding methods and quality control.
• Working knowledge of all tools and equipment i.e. overhead cranes, saws, iron workers, shears, breaks, welding equipment.
• The ability to communicate and work effectively with managers, field personnel, customers, and employees
