Overview:
We are seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to work in our growing turf care department.

If you are looking for a company that can cross-train you in turf and tree care, this position is for you As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications
Our experienced team of turf care professionals will provide hands-on training to ensure your success.

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play an important role in:

Monitoring, diagnosing, and treating insects, weeds, and diseases
Applying fertilizers and weed and insect control products to residential and commercial lawns according to safety procedures and label instructions
Performing slice seeding, aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations
Communicating with residential and commercial clients regarding work performed during site visits
Completing accurate record-keeping and reporting daily
Safely driving a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day
Working as a member of a tree care crew, under the Arborist Crew Leader's supervision during the off-season
A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License we will pay for the cost of the exam and help you prepare
Prior experience working in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required
