    Job Title: Compensation Analyst/Compensation Specialist
    Project Timeline: this is a short-term project expected to run 9/1/23 (approx.) to 6/30/24 (approx.)
    Project Description: Build a new compensation plan, research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the organization is competitive and equitable in employee pay.
    • Prepare compensation data analytics based on market studies and comparative analysis
    • Establish compensation structures and salary ranges that help to retain and reward a high performing workforce
    • Conduct research using a variety of compensation and data analytic tools and resources
    • Support efforts of a class series (also known as a job family structure) deconsolidation
    • Build a new compensation structure

      This work is under the primary direction of Client's Sr Manager of HR Operations and secondary direction of Client's Chief People Officer. The Client HR Team works 100% remove from various locations throughout the State of Colorado (only CO residents may apply).

      Qualifications:
    • Minimum of three years' experience of performing compensation analysis in a large organization.
    • Minimum of three years' experience identifying, analysing, and interpreting data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
    • Proficient with Office Suite software, particularly Excel.
    • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
    • Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
    • Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential.
    • Preferred: HRM (SHRM-CP) or HRCI (PHR) certification credential.
