- Drive new policies & procedures to C-Suite team in development of Human Resources throughout company.
- Responsible for employee relations, professional records, employee onboarding/off-boarding, new hire orientation
- Develop and conduct professional training for management team and employees
- Process HRIS info and employee payroll information
- Work with PEO resolving benefits admin and any issues
- Advise on company policies
- Evaluate HRIS programs and recommend change
- Lead ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with financial services preferred
- Experience working with a PEO and Trinet
