    Special Education Teacher

    Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for nurturing the academic and emotional growth of students? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for adedicated and experienced Special EducationTeacherto join one of our trusted school districts located in the welcoming community of Frederick, MD. As a Special Education Teacher in Frederick, you'll embark on a rewarding journey of empowering students with the tools and skills they need to succeed academically and beyond.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
    • Maryland SPED License
    • Active Maryland SPED Certification
    • Must have appropriate matching credential
    • Experience working with severe caseloads
    • Able to discuss evidence-based and research-based strategies used in the classroom
    • Reliable transportation
    • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

    As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
