    Description

    As a Part Time Bridal Sales associate at David's Bridal, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through their wedding planning journey. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients will ensure that they feel valued and supported every step of the way.

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or service environment, as well as proficiency in computerized POS systems. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone and in person
    • Manage customer flow using various systems to deliver a 5-star customer experience
    • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at once while contributing to store achievement of 5-Star Customer Service
