Summary:
Our client is seeking talented, experienced, senior-level

Financial Advisors

to join their rapidly growing Wealth Management and Tax (RIA) firm in several locations in California Candidates must be dedicated to growing practice while providing a remarkably high level of coordinated advice and service to their clients.

Their Financial Advisors must be proficient with advanced Wealth Management techniques in all facets of investments, taxes, and trust and estate planning.

The firm has a target market of high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3M.


Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients.
Integrating the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into the client relationship.

Working with individuals and businesses to meet long-term investment and financial goals, including retirement and estate planning, trusts, and insurance planning with a strong emphasis on tax reduction.

Once a comprehensive financial plan is developed, you will assist clients in all phases of implementation.

You will also be able to showcase your business development skills as you contribute to the growth of the firm by driving and closing new business.

Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation required.

7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial, and estate planning, gained from a reputable financial services or wealth management firm.

5+ years of demonstrated experience working with high net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $3 million.
Proven track record in business development, including significant contributions to growing a practice.

Expertise in a wide range of financial areas such as trusts, estates, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
