Industrial Engineer II - B Shift Are you passionate about making a significant impact on space exploration? We're seeking an Industrial Engineer II to join our team in executing field time-motion studies on processes involved in chemical processing, precision cleaning, and inspection of aerospace hardwareResponsibilities:
Conduct time-motion studies and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in operations. Provide input into the design for studies, manage study schedules, and ensure proper data collection. Develop ad hoc queries and reporting for tracking and monitoring operating performance. Consolidate and validate industrial engineering models.

Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing-related projects and operations improvement initiatives. Provide production support, identify process improvement projects, and facilitate system integration.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. 4+ years of experience in manufacturing in a production environment. Demonstrated ability in manufacturing and/or facilities planning. Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and manual data analysis. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree or certifications in Operations Management, Construction Management, or related fields. Experience in manned space flight production and project management. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and experience with manufacturing organizations and supply chain.
