    FULL-TIME, OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY

    (PROVIDING COMMUNITY BASED TREATMENT)

    RAYMOND, WASHINGTON

    (SERVICING PACIFIC COUNTY AREA)

    $2,500 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE

    $15,000 salary addition for geographic differential

    Supplemental Information:
    Hiring Range: - $ $39.56 Hourly ($60,000 - $82,277 annually) (DOE & Licensure)
    • $2,500 Sign-on Incentive.
    • $15,000 added to salary for geographic differential.

    • MHP career ladder, adding additional salary based on experience and licensure.

    Qualifications

    Who should apply?
    • Mental Health Professionals with a Master's Degree in counseling, social services or closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct service to those with mental illness.
    • Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification with Department of Health (DOH) or ability to get within 30 days of hire date.
    • High energy, creative individuals who have a passion for working with vulnerable populations
    • Positive, solutions oriented clinicians
    • Therapists skilled at engaging and motivating individuals in services
    • Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations as needed
    • Strong assessment and Treatment Planning skills
    • Valid driver's license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
    • Professional licensure as a LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A preferred.

    Some of what you will do:
    • Provide effective outpatient behavioral health therapy, including individual, family and group therapy to treat a broad array of behavioral health disorders
    • Clinical services are provided with emphasis on evidence-based, outcome-oriented treatment
    • Develop a comprehensive initial treatment plan
    • Reassess existing clients, including adapting treatment plans to better help meet clinical goals
    • Actively engage natural and formal supports in treatment
    • Provide case-management services as necessary
    • Consult with relevant community agencies and participate in multi-agency support teams on behalf of individuals in services
    • Oversee therapeutic and case-management services, which may be provided by case managers or peer counselors for those clients assigned to the Therapist
