- Manage complex contract negotiations
- Assemble/manage project teams
- Serve as main client/team contact
- Manage change requests and strategies to minimize project impacts
- Review work for high-quality performance
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Document project deliverables and maintain project records
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of highway/municipal design experience
- Project management experience with scope, schedule, and budget control
- PE License
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
