My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecommunications Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various telecommunications projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among project team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
