Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation working under a lead carpenter
• Allocate resources for assigned projects maintaing deadlines and providing high quality work
• Be able to perform all tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, decks, siding, cabinet install and railings
• Maintain high standards of workmanship with onsite job tasks

Qualifications:

• 3 years of carpentry experience
• Good compliment of pro level tools and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Physically able to lift 100lbs
• 3 solid references

Compensation- $30-$35hr DOE with benefits

We are also hiring for the following positions:

Expeditor

Duties include driving the company truck delivering and moving building materials to our job sites. As well as hauling away job site debris, cleaning job sites, coordinating dumpster and job site lavatory delivery/pickups, maintaining company tools, ensuring job site PPE is up to standards, and helping carpenters with job site tasks.

Requisites include and excellent driving record, driving experience, reliability, communication skills, attention to detail, physically able to lift 100lbs.

Minimum of 3 solid references.

Compensation- $22-$25hr DOE with benefits

*this is and excellent way to become a carpenter if you are want to gain experience from a ground level. We will train you if and move you up if a strong desire and aptitude is displayed.
