    is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer 3 in Oklahoma City, OK.
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Deck Engineer Level 3 to join our team and provide support for the US and International Flight Deck operations

    As a Flight Deck Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, documenting, and maintaining complex electronic and electrical systems for flight deck avionics.


    Responsibilities :
    Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
    Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications
    Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
    Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
    Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
    Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs
    Regular and predictable attendance is required
    Collaborate with customers to understand and define complex electronic and electrical system requirements for flight deck avionics
    Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware, and software designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
    Develop interface specifications for seamless integration of flight deck avionics systems
    Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure that system designs meet operational and functional requirements
    Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with specified requirements
    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fielded hardware and software throughout the entire product lifecycle
    Stay updated with the latest advancements in flight deck avionics technology and research potential applications to address company business needs

    Basic Hiring Criteria :
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
    Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
    ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight deck avionics, preferably with 737 or related variants of airplanes
    Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic and electrical systems, hardware, and software design principles
    Proficiency in analyzing and translating complex requirements into practical system designs
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support for fielded hardware and software
    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and suppliers
    Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in flight deck avionics technology
    Knowledge of hardware qualification and aircraft certification
