    Description

    Physical Therapy Assistant

    Restore mobility, build strength and improve lives at home.

    • Provide rehabilitative physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following each patient's individualized Plan of Care.
    • Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, balance, coordination and endurance.
    • Document patient status observations and care provided promptly and thoroughly.
    We are looking for a licensed Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide routine visits for our patients based out of our Midland Bay City MI home health office.
     About You: Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
