    Account Managers will oversee all access of accounts in their territories, working closely with territory supervisors and clients.

    Account Managers will be responsible for the maintenance of clients once their initial set up is scheduled in their territories, assigning them the right technician, communicating to clients and techs any important information, overall account maintenance and will add on any new products needed.

    Any services requiring a change in contract will not be handled by account managers and should go to inside sales.

    Responsible for overall route completion, meaning confirming all services were completed and any missed services have been rescheduled within 24 hours.

    Account Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Route building for techniciansEnsure outside technician schedules are efficient and streamlinedCommunicate any route or services changes to technicians and clientsManage Route Completion dailyStrategic scheduling and auditing quarterly to maintain efficiencyResponsible for all client requests including cancellations, technician change, missed services, complaints, adding additional services, etc.

    Willing to deliver top-notch customer experiences by communicating clearly and effectively with our customers.

    Work with sales and customer services departments to ensure new and existing clients are getting the highest customer service possible.

    Help with overflow from CSR inbound calls when needed.

    Able to help with any other needs a CSR can do for a client to streamline the process for clients and complete it in one phone call.

    Additional office tasks and seasonal projects during the months of October through March.
    This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts, ranging from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the office. Work from home may be accommodated if approved by a supervisor beforehand.

    Seasonal Saturday shifts, from 8 am to 12pm, may be required but will be communicated to account managers with notice.

    Requirements 18 years or olderHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentIntermediate tech and computer skillsComfortable with handling complaints and de-escalating situationsComfortable making quick decision in the best interest of the client and companyComfortable working with Evolve, Googlesuit, Microsoft 365Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFirm understand of general pest control services and Pest End service offerings1+ years of customer services experienceSale experience is a plus but not requiredPre-employment background check and drug screeningAbility to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts, ranging from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturday and after hours availability as needed.

    Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and occasionally required to stand, walk and occasionally bend or kneel.

    Specific hearing and vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

    The employee may occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
    Salary Description $21.00 to $24.00
