    A premier company in the health and wellness industry, known for its expertise in cleansing and detoxification products, is looking for a Customer Satisfaction Representative to assist customers via phone, email, live chat, or face-to-face, addressing their product inquiries or account issues. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional phone manners, superior customer service, and communication abilities.     Location: Houston, TX 77055
    Type of Position: Direct Hire

    Responsibilities:
    • Resolve customer concerns via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
    • Assist customers with the placement of orders, exchanges, or refunds.
    • Help with complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
    • Identify and assess the customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Provide accurate, valid, up-to-date, and complete information about products.
    • Meet individual and CSR team satisfaction targets.
    • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers within the specified average time limits.
    • Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.
    • Greet and follow up with walk-in customers.
    • Create and update customer accounts.
    • Ensure proper customer satisfaction is being delivered at all times.
    • Most importantly, a practiced caring attitude that assists to provide valued customers with the best products and information.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience or experience as a client service representative
    • At least 1 year of call center experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proven track record of over-achieving goals or going above and beyond
    • Possess a willingness to learn
    • Customer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
    • Bilingual CSR (English & Spanish)
    • Knowledge of natural health industry is a plus
    • Actively embraces healthy living
