About The Position Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the VP of Product. As a Senior Product Manager for Insights, you'll lead the charge in turning the rich dataset of 50% of all credit card transactions in US into actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include - distilling requirements from various verticals, crafting valuable insights, and driving increased adoption of the insights dashboard for advertisers and publishers. Responsibilities:
    • Distill requirements from advertiser verticals and lead insights product development.
    • Drive enhancement and optimization of insights dashboard.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and patterns.
    • Drive awareness and adoption of insights products internally and externally by actively evangelizing in social platforms and external events.
    • Identify opportunities for data collection and validation improvement.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate platform performance, implementing necessary adjustments.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data platform goals.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or an IT-related field
    • 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably building insights products.
    • 5 years experience working with the Engineering team responsible for development, maintenance, and deployment.
    • A client-focused approach across GTM strategy, operation efficiency, and product scalability to inform product direction.
    • An expert in product management processes and principles, with 5 years experience using product planning tools such as Kanban and Jira.
    • A strategic thinker who can define the business objective and structure the problem with clear focus and result expectation.
    • A detail-oriented product owner defining the product requirements, identifying cross-functional implications, and provides recommendations.
    • An effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Passionate about data visualization.
    • Proficient in data platform management.
    • Skilled in AWS, Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Has experience assisting marketing clients with data-driven campaigns.
    • Enjoys optimizing query performance.

    Compensation The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits. At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. Compensation data is shared for California and New York based roles only. The anticipated annual base salary for this role is: $165,000 - $200,000 Benefits And Perks
