    Job Description Job Description Surestaff is hiring for an Onsite Manager
    • Staffing for a customer in Itasca, IL.
    The District Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring employee placements at customers, overseeing operational duties across assigned branches, and ensuring standardization across their territory.

    The Operations Manager is also a key part of the recruitment and sales processes, being responsible for active recruitment of temporary workforces, delegation of recruitment duties to branches, and coordination with sales operational teams.


    Location:
    Traveling between Sterling Heights, Taylor, FlintPay: 65kA day in the life:
    • Provide overall direction of activity on assigned On-Site/Corporate accounts as well as input on annual sales budget for assigned On-Site/Corporate accounts.
    • Create and maintain operational procedures around how a branch finds, places, and interacts with candidates on a regular basis.
    • Ensures assigned locations are in compliance with corporate, local, state and federal rules and regulations.
    • Ensure open orders are accurate and maintain any systems needed to perform the operational functions.

    Ideal background:

    • Three to Five years of light industrial staffing industry experience or similar high touch field.
    • Ability to analyze a situation, identify a plan of action, and work with the team to consistently reach goals.
    • Ability to manage multiple people and handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
    • Possess a valid drivers license.
