    Description

    As a key member of our nursing team at St. Vincent's Medical Center, the Assistant Nurse Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and unit operations.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our organization's strategic goals.

    • Supervise a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient-centered care
    • Manage daily operations, including staffing patterns, payroll, and performance improvement initiatives
    • Cultivate a safe and therapeutic work environment through coaching and mentoring employees

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
