- Set up and operate equipment and processes according to standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Complete and ensure accuracy of all process orders and associated documentation and metrics
- Prepare and maintain work centers according to specifications.
- May train others in the department as needed.
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality system.
- Perform material handling of incoming and outgoing instruments.
- High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of technical school or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware, software, or networking or equivalent military experience.
- Effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology, or certified Medical Technician.
- Valid forklift operator certificate or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to understand and comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures.
- Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a regulated work environment.
