Job Summary :

Leads in the Clinical Services Division by providingclinical, operational and financial management in the following specialty departments: Imaging, Laboratory/Pathology, Cardiac Cath Lab/EP and Cardiovascular Observation/Outpatient, Rehabilitation, Wound/Pain, and Endoscopy Services.

Maintains 24 hour accountability for leadership responsibilities including evaluation, planning, executing and monitoring operations consistent with the corporate, the division, and departmental mission statement and values.

Qualifications :
Masters degree in management, business administration, nursing, medicine.
Bachelors degree of Nursing or other health related field of study from a recognized college or university. Current RN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license) if applicable. At least 5 years of progressive supervisory experience preferably in an acute care and ambulatory patient care setting. Considerable knowledge of clinical principles, methods, and techniques. Considerable skill in operations, performance improvement, fiscal management, service excellence. Considerable skill in supervising manager and director leaders to high performance. Thorough ability to deal tactfully with patients, physicians, managers, senior leadership, and patient's families.
Considerable ability to manage and motivate people. Knowledge of change management, High Reliability, Lean/Six Sigma required with proven ability to apply theory to achieve sustainable results. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
