PLUMBER

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled plumber to join our team at the casino. Your main tasks will include installing, maintaining, and fixing pipes related to various systems. Additionally, you'll be responsible for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and property policies
• Provide top-notch guest service by addressing concerns promptly
• Interpret blueprints for pipe layout
• Install pipes and fixtures for different liquids
• Collaborate with vendors for repairs
• Test and analyze plumbing systems
• Document issues and actions taken
• Inspect and replace worn parts
• Follow safety standards and building codes

Minimum Requirements to Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of apprentice field work experience
• Knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and technical drawings
• Strong communication skills in English, additional languages a plus

• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain effective relationships with team members and vendors
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Possess leadership qualities and positive attitude
• Maintain confidentiality

Physical Demands:

• Regularly stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift objects
• Concentrate for prolonged periods
• Effective communication skills
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Lift and/or move objects up to 30 lbs

Work Environment:

• Work in various environments including casino floor and office settings
• Exposure to noise, inclement weather, and various lighting conditions
• Extended hours, irregular shifts, and stressful conditions may be required

Conditions of Employment:

• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Access to reliable transportation
