    **Job Title:** Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing

    Located in the Harrison, New York area.

    We are seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing to assist in the leadership and management of the Nursing Department at our elegant long-term care, skilled nursing facility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist and/or perform direct resident care as needed or directed.
    • Participate in quality assurance activities and performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
    • Stay ahead of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
    • Serve as an advocate for residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and well-being.
    • Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care provided to residents, ensuring adherence to established standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • NY Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
    • Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is essential.
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is necessary.
    • Management experience is a must.

    This is a part-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
