- Responsible for 3-5 stores.
- Manage teams of 0 to 15 merchandisers.
- Train team members.
- Assist in merchandising plant shipments.
- Set and Maintain floor sets and modules/planograms.
- Train clients on proper watering techniques, receiving procedures, and plant information.
- Ensure plants are getting watered on a regular basis.
- Build relationships with customers and clients.
- Work as a team player.
- Provide weekly updates and field insight using reporting apps and photos.
- Key communications with shipping facilities.
- Work with clients to show them the value of growing their business.
- Assist Clients in inventory management.
- Weekend Availability.
- Daily travel within the market is required.
- Daytime availability.
- Open to fluctuating hours (In Season: 40+ hours a week/ out of season: 32 hours a week).
- Ability to stand, lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (snow, ice, rain, wind, heat, cold).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
- High level of problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Extensive Experience in retail merchandising (Garden center merchandising a plus).
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation, and willing to submit to an MVR.
- Car Insurance is listed in your name.
- Smartphone, and knowledge of how to use it efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Start at $19-$20 per hour based on experience.
- Monthly Cell Phone Stipend.
- Mileage Reimbursement/ Paid Travel.
- Eligible for Paid time off after 6 months.
- Eligible for Paid Holidays After 90 days.
