    Job Description

    Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International.

    Job Title: Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

    • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship-building.
    • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.

    Become an ambassador of world-famous snack brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

    Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

    Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.

    • Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.

    Ensure leading Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz' guidelines.

    Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

    • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
    • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

    What you can expect from us:

    • Hourly compensation rate starting at $19.00 based on relative experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
    • Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
    • Drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
    • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
    • Live within 25-35 miles of primary location: Hudson, MA.

    Secondary Locations:

    • Marlborough, MA.

    Schedule Availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.
