Job Title: LVN/LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Escort and prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and obtain medical history.
Assist doctors during appointments and perform standard diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, phlebotomy, venipuncture, PFTs, Doppler, and specimen preparation for lab couriers.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1-2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
BLS certification.
ACLS preferred.
Active state license as an LVN/LPN.
MA/LPN/RN diploma or certification.
