    Description
    This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing client's team as *Sr. HVAC Engineer*. They are a *commercial property and multi-family restoration team*, with headquarters in Downtown *Milwaukee.
    • This is a direct hire position with 1st shift hours M-F and will pay $35-$50+/hour depending on experience.
    This role includes *full benefits* *health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k match.

    *We are seeking candidates who have at least *5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience* inside corporate office buildings or large apartment complexes.

    Qualified candidates will already have their *Universal HVAC Certification*.

    *Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
    • Oversee and train junior HVAC Technicians.
    • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
    *Qualifications** *5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC* installation, maintenance, and repair.
    * *Universal HVAC Certification (EPA 608 Universal)

    • Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working independently and as a team.
    • Valid driver license with a respectable driving record.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
