Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist

to join a growing nephrology practice.
This opportunity offers a balanced practice combining inpatient and outpatient nephrology care within a collaborative physician team.

The position supports patients with acute and chronic kidney disease while working within a supportive healthcare system that emphasizes clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and strong physician collaboration.

Position Highlights -Provide inpatient nephrology consultations and follow-up care for hospitalized patients-Manage outpatient nephrology consultations and longitudinal patient care-Evaluate and treat acute, chronic, and end-stage kidney disease-Develop treatment plans including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy-Manage fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Compensation and Benefits -Competitive compensation model-$60,000 sign-on bonus-Quality and production incentives-Relocation assistance available-Stipend opportunities available-Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance-Retirement plan options-Annual CME allowance-H-1B visa sponsorship available-Mondayâ€"Friday schedule with paid time off Community San Angelo is a welcoming city of approximately 100,000 residents located in central West Texas.
