- Lead and manage multiple CapEx projects simultaneously.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, procurement, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Provide engineering expertise for project design and implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Select and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Oversee contractor work to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Track and report on project expenditures and variances.
- Implement cost-saving measures and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure all project work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations or issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on CapEx projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
