    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results.
    • Provide engaging and effective speech-language therapy services, addressing articulation, phonology, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social communication skills.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to implement strategies and accommodations in classrooms and school settings.
    • Monitor students' progress, maintain accurate documentation, and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
    • Offer guidance and training to educators and support staff on implementing communication strategies in the classroom.
    • Conduct screenings to identify students who may require speech and language services.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • Current New Hampshire state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience as an SLP in a school setting is a plus.
    • Extensive knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders, assessments, and evidence-based interventions.
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives through effective communication support.
