- Lead Mentor-Protégé program oversight and administration.
- Draft policy content and coordinate reviews.
- Manage new agreements, reviews, and performance reporting.
- Track and report on Mentor-Protégé budget, expenditures, and outcomes.
- Liaise with DHA, industry partners, and small businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant program management experience.
- Knowledge of small business subcontracting, reporting, and Mentor-Protégé programs.
- Strong writing, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Direct experience managing or supporting DoD Mentor-Protégé Program agreements.
- Familiarity with SBA regulations, small business subcontracting plans, and eSRS reporting.
- Prior experience engaging with industry small businesses and prime contractors.
- Strong background in federal policy development and stakeholder engagement.
