    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a skilled Sports Flooring Sander to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding and refinishing various types of sports flooring, including hardwood, synthetic, and rubber surfaces. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.



    Requirements

    Sand and refinish sports flooring surfaces to meet client specifications

    Prepare surfaces for refinishing by sanding, cleaning, and repairing any imperfections

    Operate sanding equipment and tools safely and effectively

    Apply finishes, stains, and sealants to achieve desired results

    Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product

    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Requirements:

    Previous experience sanding and refinishing sports flooring is required

    Knowledge of different types of sports flooring materials and finishes

    Ability to operate sanding equipment and tools safely

    Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
