*Job Title: Medical Assembler II ( 1st Shift)

*Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Co.

*Duration: 12 months**Location: 9600 Louisiana North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445**Timing: * *1st Shift (5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

*Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equiv. preferred
• 1-2 yrs med device assembly or ISO cert. assembly exp. (or 2-3 yrs without diploma)
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to understand verbal & written instructions
• Basic math skills
• Clean room environment exp. preferred
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice, Good Manufacturing Practices, & Lean Manufacturing
• Fine motor skills & high dexterity
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
• Basic MS Windows skills

*Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Assembler I duties
• Accurate record-keeping
• Adherence to Quality System Policies
• Follow instructions from Supervisor/Lead
• Adaptability to procedural changes
• Cross-training on various product lines
• Assist in training procedures
• Understanding of LEAN Manufacturing Principles
• Proactive communication on material shortages
• Maintain safe work environment
• Effective time management
• Volunteer in Shared Leadership activities
• Perform other duties as directed
