Our Back of House Kitchen Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment.

The responsibility of our Salad & Cold Prep Kitchen Team Members is to produce the highest quality cold food products with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Prep items include:
Salad Variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side)

Grilled Wrap

Kale Crunch

Fruit Cup

Parfaits

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Structured, methodical, planned.

Able to flourish in a repetitive job task.

Consistent and reliable.

Enjoys working alone or with just 1or 2 other team members (our Cold Prep Team).

Enjoys an environment that operates similarly day after day.

Able to work consistently with detail and precision.

Works quickly and efficiently.

Adeptly follows food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Maintains proper quality parameters.

Must be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

Some lifting required.
