Our legal client is looking for an associate to join their insurance and business litigation practice.

Requirements

Run your own docket OR be ready to take this next step in your career.
Work on additional cases with a small group of capable and experienced litigators.

You will handle all phases of litigation: case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial, along with administrative and alternative dispute resolution within a team setting.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a desire for deposition and courtroom experience.

Reasonable billing targets.

Texas license required or application for Texas license pending.
In-person position in Austin, Texas
Fully remote capable and flexible in addressing the need to work remotely from time to time. Relocation costs paid for out of town candidates.
