- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' academic, behavioral, and emotional strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in small groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and student well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans and academic accommodations.
- Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and support services.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other school staff members.
