    Fargo Food Processing Company is seeking a Sanitation Specialist on their first shift This is a key role that is responsible for over seeking the sanitation program, as well as overseeing daily sanitation and deep cleaning tasks.
    • Maintain daily and weekly sanitation schedules
    • Perform daily routine cleaning of production areas
    • Clean and maintain all break rooms, restrooms, and other shared spaces
    • Train or update production employees on safe / sanitation processes
    • Maintain sanitation documentation or develop operating procedures
      Ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and have some prior experience in a food manufacturing environment. Experience with Microsoft programs and prior experience writing standard operating procedures is helpful. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm with full benefits.
