    Intrado is looking to add a Product Manager to join our team.

    Essential Duties:
    Build a firm understanding of the market including the customer, their needs and how to meet these successfully
    Define solutions, drive the development process, and support review meetings
    Leverage internal and external stakeholders to gain insights and find solutions for problems affecting product delivery
    Identify new markets, market opportunities, and consider adjacent sectors to grow the product suite
    Lead in use case definitions and support agile team(s) as they break down requirements
    Prioritize work with data and perspective from business and customers to help establish master schedules, resolve prioritization conflicts to help achieve product delivery plans
    Develop and present business cases to executives and gain their buy-in for product growth investments
    Support all P&L related line items for the Analytics solutions
    Maintain and share market, customer and competitive trends and share analyses with internal stakeholders
    Continually evaluate product offerings for improvements in process and solutioning for customer needs
    Partner with Marketing teams on new and current content, marketing campaigns and more as needed
    Create and deliver product and solution presentations to customers and internal teams
    Contribute new ideas for products that support all Intrado solutions
    Communicate status on in-development and in-market solutions
    Present to and gather research from customer engagements
    Develop and monitor pricing for solutions and track cost

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Sciences or Data Sciences/ Analytics Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, or a related field is required, however equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

    Experience:
    3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
    Prior experience launching products, telecom and/or carrier products experience is preferred
    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Familiarity with agile development methodologies
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    The anticipated hiring salary for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 per year and will be commensurate with experience.
