Lead Generation Specialist
Plymate is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to strategically target, develop and prospect new business partnerships. Plymate is a leading expert in the textile industry offering full-service uniform rental and mat solutions, as well as ancillary services that span across diverse markets primarily including manufacturing, distribution and industrial segments that include small to midsize manufacturers, machine shops, transportation/logistics and food processing. Top Performers
The "right" top performers will possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in new business development., lead generation or direct sales requiring a pro-active, outbound strategy and effort to generate new leads, develop target prospects, and/or mine and re-develop past or target accounts., as well as respond to, mine and qualify web leads, e-campaigns and other potential lead sources. Ideal hires will have proven inside sales/outbound experience, strong phone prospecting skills, email and digital selling skills. Ideal hires will seek a performance – based compensation model with sales incentives and bonus income based on performance and results.
Lead Generation Specialist Role Requirements
This technical 'inside sales' role requires results-oriented, self-directed, consultative sales professional with strong phone and email communication skills and an ability to engage diverse decision makers, create rapport, and establish relationships to qualify prospect needs and tee up new business opportunities for our Territory Sales Representatives.
· 70%- New Business Development- Requires effective skills in qualifying, influencing, and developing new, existing, and past opportunities via phone and digital selling channels. Requires follow up on leads generated from website interest and marketing campaigns to qualify prospects' interest and needs, and to identify/establish new business opportunities for the Plymate sales team's pipeline development.
· 30%- Marketing, E-Campaigns & Sales Administration- Requires internal coordination and support to ensure sales team requirements are met, CRM utilization and prospect record management, prospect research and marketing campaign support to generate calls and interest for overall sales pipeline development.

Since 1930, Plymate has been an independently-owned industry leader in providing advanced uniform, floor mat & safety programs and services for customers in manufacturing, healthcare, service and industrial marketplaces throughout central Indiana. Plymate is currently owned and operated by 3rd and 4th generation family members.
Compensation & Benefits- This Lead Generation Specialist role includes a base salary of $52k/year, with opportunities for monthly, quarterly and year- end commission and bonus compensation, Paid time off, medical, dental, and vison benefits, 401k match, Friday flexibility and a per-pay fuel allowance.
This role reports to the Sales Manager, but will work in tandem with our Marketing Manager on a variety of strategic Sales & Marketing initiatives.
